The Super Rhino™️ bar is the granddaddy of the RhinoFlex®️ Bar series, but due to the many requests for standard barbell dimensions, we’re now doing just that! Massive, strong and indestructible, this beast is flexible enough to be joint friendly no matter what the weight. A true power bar that works great for Squats, Bench Press and Deadlifts.
The center is covered with the RhinoFlex® Bar carbon knurling and the outer grip area is our new RhinoNurl™ made by the 3M company.

The RhinoFlex® Bar Loading Sleeve fits all Standard barbell plates and measures 1.978″ or 50.24 mm in diameter. NOT suited for smaller diameter Calibrated plates that measure 1.960″ or 49.78 mm.
