About Project

Triceps-extensions, JM presses or Skull Crushers – they all work super-well with this Bar. Can be done with light weight, heavy weight, high-volume or low-volume.  Any way you do triceps training with a regular bar, you can do with a BandBell Bar.

For elbow injury and Rehab, the Bar works good to start the healing process.  Oscillating Kinetic Energy (OKE) makes it happen!
